The Anti-impact Resin Durable Nylon-like (1kg) is a high-performance engineering resin designed for professionals who demand exceptional strength, durability, and precision in their 3D prints. Developed with advanced polymer technology, this resin exhibits outstanding impact resistance and tensile toughness comparable to Nylon, ensuring superior performance for functional prototypes and end-use components.

This new black Anti-impact formula offers improved printing accuracy and a smoother, more refined surface finish compared to the white and gray versions. It delivers excellent mechanical stability, maintaining hardness and flexibility over time, making it ideal for parts that experience mechanical stress, vibration, or repeated use. Perfect for applications such as snap-fit assemblies, housings, fixtures, jigs, or even wet and underwater parts, thanks to its low water absorption rate of just 0.42%.

Anti-impact resin’s fatigue resistance and weatherability make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, resisting wear, deformation, and brittleness even under changing temperature or humidity conditions. Its prints retain shape accuracy and deliver smooth, scratch-resistant surfaces with tight tolerances, ideal for precision components or multi-part assemblies.

While powerful, this resin is best suited for experienced users due to its high viscosity (700 mPa.s) and strong acrylate odor. Adequate ventilation or an enclosed printer with air purification is recommended. The resin may require thicker supports and slightly longer curing times, particularly for the black version. For optimal results, post-cure with 385–405nm UV light for 15 minutes after drying prints at 60–80°C for 30 minutes.
