The LITLIQ FX60 Flexible Resin is a high-performance black resin designed for 3D printing flexible, rubber-like parts with precision, durability, and elasticity. Its unique formulation combines the softness of TPU, the resilience of rubber, and the printing ease of liquid resin, making it ideal for prototypes, wearable models, soft toys, gaskets, and any part requiring repeated bending, stretching, or compression.

With a hardness of 60A, FX60 is softer than rubber but firmer than silicone, offering exceptional elongation at break and excellent recovery. The material maintains flexibility and elasticity even in cold temperatures, avoiding brittleness in winter or low-temperature environments.

One of FX60’s standout features is its fluidity. The low-viscosity liquid flows easily, reducing waiting time between exposures, enhancing print speed, and allowing sharper, more defined details. The resin’s good flow also makes cleaning simple and efficient, giving smoother surfaces and reducing post-processing time.

FX60 has a high printing success rate, thanks to its soft properties, low pigment concentration, and strong adhesion to the build plate. Its tolerance for exposure time errors further improves print reliability, ensuring consistent results even for complex or delicate designs.

Attention for Users: Flexible prints may deform during printing, so use thicker and denser supports. Avoid applying force immediately after post-curing, as parts require several hours to reach full mechanical properties.

Cleaning and Post-curing: Prints clean in approximately 3 minutes using 95% ethanol or IPA. Post-cure under 385–405 nm UV light for 4–6 minutes to achieve optimal elasticity and strength.

FX60 is recommended for 3D printing wearable models, soft toys, flexible prototypes, gaskets, grips, and rubber-like functional components, combining performance, flexibility, and ease of use in one professional-grade resin.
